ККК COMMITS TO A NEW WAY OF STERILIZATION

Dear, I am Evegniya Bukur, Project and Import Manager at KKK (Konservery Kombinar in Krasnodar). We have been producing sweet corn and peas for more than 20 years.

In 2020, we had decided to invest in new lines for peas and sweet corn under vacuum, with continuous steriliser instead of batch.

2 players are on the market for such a machine, after a strong analysis of each one, we had decided to work with Hydrolock as for us they are:

We ordered an 800 cans per minute steriliser in September 2020, the machine was delivered at the end of March 2021 and was ready to run at full capacity from mid-May 2021 until mid-November.

After one season of experience we can say that we are very satisfied with the Hydrolock steriliser, it fully meets our needs. We are also very satisfied with Hydrolock services, the team is always available by remote connection when needed, and for example, a technician came (for free) 2 weeks before the second season, to take a look at the machine and make sure that everything will be ok for the new season.

You can work with Hydrolock, there will be no surprises.

Compared to the competition, the Hydrolock machine is more compact and requires no special preparation in the building design.

Also as we decided to buy this machine mainly for sweet corn – very important thing was the constant rotation of the product which allows to obtain high quality vacuum sweet corn (bright yellow neck and crispy kernels).

We never had any problems with Hydrolock, starting with operating tips and ending with technical questions.
