New Hydrolock for long cook products
Cook and preserve a lot of food, without preservatives, with the minimum of energy, while preserving organoleptic quality for months and even years. That’s what we do with Hydrolock continuous sterilizers.
At HYDROLOCK, we’ve developed a whole range of continuous sterilizers for appertized products, which can handle large volumes of preserved goods, with a minimum of energy. Continuous sterilization eliminates some energy losses and, above all, recycles energy, thanks to the recovery of energy from outgoing products, which is then used to preheat incoming products.
The latest addition to our range is specially designed for products with long cooking/sterilization times (ready meals, petfood, meat, etc.).
We’ve used all our know-how to design a new machine capable of competing with, and even surpassing, high-capacity hydrostatic systems, thanks in particular to higher operating temperatures made possible by our unique Waterlock, and a double shell that more than doubles the capacity of a single-shell Hydrolock.
